Al via i festeggiamenti per il restyling di Eataly Smeraldo che, per il suo decimo anniversario, cambia pelle e inaugura un ricco palinsesto di eventi che si susseguiranno ininterrottamente per dieci giorni. Dopo il grande opening party di ieri, il weekend del 5 e 6 ottobre sarà dedicato alla didattica con “Mani in Pasta”, una serie di lab experience per grandi e piccini, mentre nelle serate di lunedì 7 e martedì 8 gli executive chef dei vari Eataly del pianeta racconteranno la propria storia attraverso i piatti di due menu speciali, che vedranno protagonisti rispettivamente l’Italia e il resto del mondo. Giovedì 10 ottobre sarà la volta di una cena stellata di beneficenza in favore della Fondazione Umberto Veronesi, a cui verrà devoluto il ricavato della serata. Il palinsesto proseguirà con corsi, degustazioni, incontri, presentazioni di libri e masterclass, rendendo questi dieci giorni un’occasione imperdibile per celebrare la nuova veste del flagship milanese.

The celebrations for the restyling of Eataly Smeraldo have begun, which, for its tenth anniversary, is changing its skin and inaugurating a rich program of events that will follow one another uninterruptedly for ten days. After yesterday’s grand opening party, the weekend of October 5 and 6 will be dedicated to education with “Mani in Pasta”, a series of lab experiences for adults and children, while on the evenings of Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 the executive chefs of the various Eataly stores around the world will tell their stories through the dishes of two special menus, which will see Italy and the rest of the world as protagonists respectively. Thursday 10 October will be the turn of a starred charity dinner in favor of the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, to which the proceeds of the evening will be donated. The program will continue with courses, tastings, meetings, book presentations and masterclasses, making these ten days an unmissable opportunity to celebrate the new look of the Milanese flagship.
