L’Arcimboldo magazine online, prende il nome dal pittore del ‘500 Giuseppe Arcimboldo poiché l’artista realizzò le famose “Teste Composte”, dipinti che rivelavano una figura umana mettendo insieme tra loro prodotti ortofrutticoli, pesci e prodotti di cucina.
L’Arcimboldo ovvero la statuina dorata dalla forma moderna e stilizzata, creata dal 3D Artist Francesco Conte esperto in lighting e look dev www.frankwy.com , nasce per premiare gli Artisti del Gusto, in Italia e all’estero, cioè coloro i quali che con la loro professione e suddivisi per categorie peculiari, rispondono ai seguenti requisiti nell’ambito enogastronomico:“Artisti del Gusto, custodi e ambasciatori di arti antiche, capaci di saper narrare la storia, di comunicare la cultura del proprio territorio, guardando al futuro e restando al passo con i tempi e le tendenze, con unicità e capacità emozionale”.
L’Arcimboldo inoltre equivale al simbolo del Pennello utilizzato dagli artisti per creare le proprie opere.
Dopo una serie di valutazioni da parte di professionisti della comunicazione e dell’ambito gastronomico, meritevoli Artisti del gusto sono entrati a far parte della guida de L’Arcimboldo con l’assegnazione da uno a tre pennelli.

Pablo Gil, argentino, ha coltivato negli anni la sua passione per l’arte bianca e dopo aver avviato la sua attività ha dato vita alle sue ricette fantasia, che esprimono il suo concetto di pizza.
La passione per l’arte bianca lo ha portato a partecipare ai Mondiali di pizza a Napoli, dove ha realizzato il sogno di vivere il mestiere di pizzaiolo nel tempio della pizza.
Ha poi partecipato ai Mondiali in Portogallo, a Las Vegas ed ha preso parte a varie competizioni in Italia, arricchendosi della cultura dei luoghi e della diversa espressione della pizza.
Un mestiere, quello di pizzaiolo, che ha coronato la sua passione dandogli tanta soddisfazione e che oltretutto lo ha reso popolare in Argentina, per aver partecipato a programmi televisivi.
